Xbox360
From Extreme Overclocking
Price range from $300 - $400
The console is standing up vertically on a stand. If you look closely, you'll notice what appears to be a hard drive attachment on top of it. On the left side of the pic is the headset for Xbox Live, with the controller to the right of it.
Previously unseen is the camera, which is to the right of the controller. This should function like the EyeToy does with Sony's PlayStation 2.
Now, there had already been partial pictures of the Xbox 360 revealed before, but there's never been a picture showing the whole console, along with the accessories, so this is a pretty big leak.
Quote: remote No, that circle in the center is not a trackball. It's a button that, when pressed, takes you right to the Xbox Live menu, reaffirming Microsoft's focus on their online gaming service.
One of the four numbers (1, 2, 3, & 4) around the button will light up to show you which controller yours is - considering it can be hard to tell otherwise with wireless controllers.
Also, some features supposedly offered by the new Xbox include:
DVD burner Perfect Dark Zero has at least 22 weapons, able to import your own body, a jetpack, and has a CounterStrike feel TiVo capabilities customization for your xbox (faceplates) wireless controllers Ghost Recon 3 with some new HUD text messaging on Xbox Live Xbox Live button on the controller that pops up a menu with live options Medal of Honor, Battlefield like Some type of RPG

The new console will allegedly be known as "Xbox 360." According to internet technology reports, the console is mostly white and designed to stand on one end, will feature a wireless controller and also a remote control that appears to handle multimedia functions like audio and video playback.
Among those details were a detachable 20 gigabyte hard drive, support for wireless networking, three 3.2 gigahertz central processors, surround sound and universal support for high-definition video.
Microsoft would not confirm any of the information circulating on the Web, saying "everything you are reading about at this point is buzz and speculation." Microsoft said in early April it would unveil its new console on MTV, a change in tactics in an industry where new hardware has always been revealed at trade shows closed to the public.
Microsoft said at the time it wanted to break that mold and drum up public enthusiasm for its new machine.
Xbox360's IBM CPU will have 3 symmetrical cores running at 3.2 GHz each with 1 MB L2 cache. Each core has 2 hardware threads and one VMX-128 vector unit. Enough to boost an impressive 9 billion dots per second. The ATI GPU will run at 500MHz with 10 MB embedded DRAM (256 GB/s memory bandwidth) and contain 48 parallel floating-point shader pipelines. System memory will probably be 512MB of GDDR3 RAM (at 700 Mhz) with 22.4 GB/s memory interface bus bandwidth and 21.6GB/s frontside bus bandwidth. The Xbox360 will also have a mulitchannel surround output.
